Japanese Language Courses of the Shinkansen

Shinkansen Japanese Language School (hereinafter “The Shinkansen”) has been established in 2008. Our courses have been designed and periodically being updated considering the NEEDS of the students and we are very strict to ensure the standard.
At present the Shinkansen offers following courses:

Course 1:
Name: Elementary Course in Japanese
Duration : 160 Hour
Content : All writing scripts (Hiragana, Katakana & Kanji 100), Basic Grammar, Expressions, Listening & Speaking. Complete Syllabus of the N5 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) is covered by the Course.

Course 2:
Name: Upper Elementary Course in Japanese
Duration : 160 Hour
Content : Basic Grammar, Expressions, Kanji (300), Listening & Speaking. Complete Syllabus of the N4 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) is covered by the Course.

Course 3:
Name: Survival Course in Japanese
Duration : 60 Hour
Content : Daily life expressions, Basic Grammar, Listening & Speaking. [Romaji (alphabet) is the medium of the course. However, there is a provision to introduce Hiragana & Katakana at the end of the course.]

Course 4:
Name: Brush-up Course in Japanese
Duration : Depend on Students’ Need/ requirement
Content : Brush-up the content/ course that the student has already completed. This is a review course. [Students, who have completed a course at other Institution, can refresh his/ her memory under this course. This course is very much effective for them who are scheduled to go to Japan immediately or have scope to use Japanese language right now.]

Course 5:
Name: Reading & Writting Hiragana & Katakana
Duration : 25 Hour
Content : All Hiragana & Katakana. This course is very suitable for those students who learn Japanese in Romaji. Whenever, students learn reading and writting Hiragana & Katakana, they will be able to read and write all things that they learned in Romaji.

Course 6:
Name: Private Course in Japanese
Duration : Depend on Students’ requirement
Content : As per Students’ requirement
